Elizabeth Silva has worked in human services since 1995. She came to Opengate in 2012 and provided support across all of our programs.

In 2024 Elizabeth transferred to the Compliance Department. Her background as a clinician allowed her to approach compliance with both precision and compassion, supporting the staff while ensuring the wellbeing of the people Opengate supports.

As Chief Compliance Officer, Elizabeth works collaboratively with internal departments and external stakeholders to promote a culture of person-centered quality care.
