Joseph “Joe” Mongiardo
Director of Clinical Services
Joseph “Joe” Mongiardo is a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst in New York and Connecticut. With 15 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, Joe has worked with children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities across school, home and clinic settings. As Director of Clinical Services, Joe brings a collaborative, person-centered approach focused on meaningful, lasting outcomes.
Joe is passionate about supporting people receiving residential and day services. He is especially committed to supporting those who may not use words to communicate. Joe values building strong, trusting relationships with the people he supports and their families. Joe believes, “Meaningful support begins with understanding. When we recognize behavior as communication, honor the full lifespan of those we support, and build strong, respectful partnerships with teams and families, we create lasting impact.
