Director of Quality Improvement

Lirose holds a Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis from Purdue Global University and a Bachelor’s in Behavioral Science from Mercy College. Lirose is a certified SCIP-R and HSI Level 1 First Aid and CPR Instructor, dedicated to staff development, operational excellence, and person-centered care.

As the Director of Quality Improvement, Lirose leads agency-wide initiatives to ensure compliance with federal and New York State regulations and advances service standards for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She manages the agency’s Quality Improvement Plan, conducts audits and observations, and collaborates with leadership to enhance compliance and maintain audit readiness, fostering continuous improvement across departments. Lirose believes, “Quality is not merely about compliance, it’s about accountability, consistency, and ensuring that every person we support receives the highest standard of care. My goal is to build systems that empower staff, strengthen services, and continuously improve outcomes for the people we support”
