OPWDD Front Door

The New York State Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) is responsible for coordinating services for New Yorkers with developmental disabilities, including intellectual disabilities, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, autism spectrum disorders, Prader-Willi syndrome, and other neurological impairments. To access services, you’ll need to contact your regional Front Door office.

If you would like to request Opengate as your service provider, you can mention this to your care coordinator or Front Door representative during the first phase of the Front Door process.
